VOLUNEERS

We are currently seeking parent or community volunteers to support us with reading and the library. Training will be provided and a DBS check will need to be carried out. If you have time to spare and think you would like to join The Belfry volunteer team, please get in touch!

 

EMPLOYMENT

The Belfry currently has vacancies for:

  • A Midday Supervisory Assistant (MSA) - duties include managing lunchtimes for children, escorting classes between the lunch hall and the playground, helping with lunchtime administration (who is eating what) and being a friendly, approachable person who loves working with children. 11:45 - 13:15 weekdays, term time only.
  • A 1:1 Classroom Assistant - a temporary position which may become permanent, to give additional support in school. Flexibility and adaptability is very important - the role encompasses 1:1 work with children and classroom support directed by a teacher. Hours 08:30-15:30 weekdays, term time only, January start. Multi-skilled, primary-experienced staff may wish to combine roles and hours above. Please get in touch.
