September 2026

Welcome back to The Belfry and your new class.

Oak Class is the oldest class in the school and the prestige comes with high expectations. You will be expected to help lead others by demonstrating good behaviour choices, being diligent in your learning and respecting yourself and others. We need to know our rights and responsibilities: you have the right to an education that will prepare you for life. This comes with the responsibility. That means you allow yourself and others to learn.

Oak Class is not an easy ride. You will need to work hard to reach your full potential and this will sometimes be harder than you'd wish but we will always help you to achieve your best. You must understand that we can't do that for you – you need to put the effort in. The more effort you put in, the more you will achieve.

So, dig deep within yourself, hold on tight – the roller-coaster is about to start. I hope you are ready for a great year.
